The doctor itself is knowledgeable and nice, but the front desk and support staff make the entire experience nauseating
But they are always in a rush, they are also pretty slow to respond on the portal
PARKING is the biggest issue, the parking lots are very outdated and they do not validate parking. Only the first 30 minutes are free which means you pay at least $7 at every visit
They requested that we arrive atleast 15 minutes early, we arrived 30 minutes early and promptly waited an entire hour with a newborn baby.
If you have access to a smaller clinic please prioritize going there for more personal and care driven experience
