My daughter has been a patient of this practice for 8 years and we’ve had enough. Like others have noted, the practice has noticeably gone downhill over the last few years. We have had positive experiences with the front desk and scheduling team but the wait times and cleanliness have become increasingly unbearable as well as the attitudes of the nurses and especially Dr. Anna Bramwell.
At no time should you ever walk into a room after keeping a family waiting for 45minutes and not acknowledge the parent. She proceeded to ask my 11 year old what was going on without so much as a “hello”. Not a “how have you been? Good to see you again” and she’s been my daughter’s pediatrician for 8 years! No warmth or familiarity at all. She did not acknowledge that an adult was present or look in my direction until there was a question my child couldn’t answer. My daughter was visibly anxious about having stitches removed and she did nothing to reassure her before beginning the procedure. The rudest and most dismissive encounter I have ever had with a physician. When we came for her wellness visit last year, we were met with the same coldness and indifference – talking over me while I was trying to advocate for my daughter’s needs. We absolutely will not be returning and I regret that I did not follow my instincts with the first condescending encounter with this woman. I requested a records transfer as we were walking out. Do better Anna.
