Terrible front office/administration – the doctors are ok if you can get in to see them, but they clearly don’t read their charts as they always refer to my child as a boy due to her name, despite the fact that she wears pink and bows all of the time and when we started preschool, it was our school nurse that let us know we needed an epi pen due to a tree nut allergy PP confirmed via a blood test, but PP never mentioned a referral to an allergist or an epi pen until we asked about it. Additionally, there is always a super long hold time to make an appointment, the phone nurses are dismissive/unhelpful, they don’t schedule until 3 months out, but every time we have called to schedule at 3 months out from our annual, the doctor is not scheduling for 5 months out, as a result, we have been willing to see whoever is available, but have been cancelled on and if you are cancelled by someone who is not your actual doctor, they don’t save spots for rescheduling so you have to start all over with 3 months out, and getting in for sick visit is a joke, which has caused us to go to urgent care for the past 2 years at a much higher rate, but way faster and easier to book. I do NOT recommend this practice at all.
