This practice has gone way down. They never answer the phones, terrible customer service, and now charging $5 for paper bills. It is not worth the hassle to pay for parking then wait 45 minutes to be called back. Then once in a room, it is very quick with no bedside manners. You are definitely just a number. My daughter’s pediatrician is still saying her name wrong after 8 years! Can’t believe it’s taken me this long to leave.
